Databases are electronic services that offer access to articles, streaming videos, and ebooks. The Library pays for subscriptions to these services and makes them available to Pacific Oaks students, faculty, and staff. Unfortunately, this service does not extend to alumni. The kind of information found in a database is vetted and curated, making it more reliable than what you would find using a web search engine like Google.  These are high quality resources to use when conducting research for school or personal use.
