Why am I seeing this message? "Access to this resource has been restricted by your organization"
Answer
While most of our databases are accessible to all members of our system we do have a few specialized resources that are available only to certain campuses. Users trying to log in to these specialized resources who are not apart of the campus with access will see this message (see also screenshot). If the user thinks they should have access then they can reach out via the email that appears by clicking the "contact your organization" button. The user should be encouraged to add the database and/or item they were trying to access so that staff can help troubleshoot.
