Q. What is Interlibrary Loan (ILL)?

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service allows us to borrow materials that we do not have access to in our collection, such as journal articles, book chapters, and dissertations. Currently registered active students, faculty, and staff are able to utilize the service and it is free of charge. Most requests are filled within a few hours to a few days. We are not able to request physical books or full eBooks, whole journal issues, streaming videos, or more than one book chapter.
