We don't have the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 7th ed. (the "APA Style Guide") available through the Saybrook Library. It is available for purchase, however, from APA, Amazon, and other vendors.
What you may have accessed before is the APA style guide through the OWL (the Purdue University Online Writing Lab; https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style/apa_formatting_and_style_guide/general_format.html) or the APA Style Blog (https://apastyle.apa.org/blog). Both of these include guidance on the proper formatting of citations and references, although they don't include the other material which is in the APA Style Guide. I hope these may be what you are looking for.
